At AJ Sound Solutions, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of our services, we currently maintain the following refund policy:
1. Refunds
You may cancel your booking without any charges if no payment has been made. However, once full payment is received and your booking is confirmed, we are unable to offer any refunds.

2. Changes
If you need to make changes to your booking (such as location, time, or service type), please notify us at least 48 hours before the event.
Any changes done after this period might not be accurately reflected during your event.

3. Missed Events
If we are unable to provide services due to client-related issues (e.g. inaccurate event details, last-minute cancellations), no refund will be issued.
We recommend reviewing all booking details carefully before confirming.
