By using our website or booking services through AJ Sound Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

​

We provide live music and sound system services including:

​

• Ceremony Music

• Drinks Reception Music

• Wedding Breakfast Music

• Microphones & PA System

 

2. Bookings

​

All bookings must be arranged and confirmed through our booking form. Customers are responsible for providing accurate event details.

​

3. Payment

​

Invoices must be paid in full by the due date stated, to ensure services are provided. Failure to do so without prior agreement may result in cancellation of your booking.

​

4. Changes & Cancellations

​

Changes to booking details must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the event.
AJ Sound Solutions does not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows at this time.

Cancellations made prior to payment incur no financial obligation. However, once payment has been received and booking confirmation has been issued, refunds are not available.

​5. Liability

​

AJ Sound Solutions is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, equipment failure, venue restrictions, etc.).
